he's AWESOME!
I absolutely love his thick, ottery tail and stiff whiskers, his nose, his sticking-up hair, and the cheeky little fang hehe. his sneakers are also pretty sweet, they have that "simplified cartoon shoe that seems plausible" sort of look (I'm not sure how to describe it but it's a very good thing lol)
this is a really great design, I love the overall simplicity and effectiveness. I also love his expression, and how it suggests a charmingly impish personality. also, I love otters lol
